Hello, my name is Cécile. I am originally from Burgundy, the wine region. I lived in Paris for 15 years and have been living in Hong Kong for 11 years.
I am your French teacher. I have been teaching for over 12 years, to children from the age of 4 as well as teenagers and adults. I have followed students throughout their schooling, and my learners are very loyal.

I teach academic French for school or university,
everyday French or French spoken on the street, French for mixed couples,
French for vacations to make the most of your trip to France, business French to help you in your work, and specialized French if you are interested in wine, gastronomy, luxury goods, science, etc.

I use a wide variety of resources.
I share with my students excerpts from textbooks, authentic documents (articles, internet posts, videos, podcasts), exercises for practicing grammar and vocabulary,
online games, and apps to adapt to the expectations and needs of my students.
I create vocabulary lists for review between lessons and, depending on the needs, I give homework assignments.
I prepare students for all French tests
DELF levels A1 to C1, IGCSE, IB French B, Level A, AP French, HKDSE (which will become DELF in 2026), with a 100% success rate among more than 60 students.
