Hi, I'm Kayla, a passionate educator with 8 years of teaching experience in Hong Kong, working with students aged 4–17. I hold a Bachelor's degree and a PGCE from the University of Sunderland, am a registered teacher in Hong Kong, and have experience with IB and IPC education.

1.English Grammar & Language Skills: Building strong grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension and written expression.
2.Essay Writing & English Literature Skills: Developing structured arguments, analytical thinking, persuasive writing and academic essays, including university-level writing support.

Having worked as a classroom teacher, I understand the importance of adapting lessons to different abilities, interests and learning needs. I have experience supporting students with diverse educational needs, and I have written a children's book exploring the experiences of children who learn differently. I also use AI tools thoughtfully to create engaging resources, streamline feedback and make learning more responsive to each student.
