Hi there!

I have taught English for over 10 years, working with students in all sorts of settings – from learning centres, to a Band 1 local school and most recently at a DSS ethnic minority secondary school. Apart from this, I spent a semester in the US and Australia during university for English immersion.

Every student is different, and that's what I love most about being a teacher. Whether you're a bit shy about speaking, want to sharpen your grammar, or need help passing an exam, I'm here to really listen and tailor each lesson around you.

I believe that learning English doesn't have to be stressful or boring. My lessons are interactive, supportive and practical – none of that "memorise this and hope it sticks" stuff. I like to keep things clear, flexible and maybe even fun (yes, grammar can be fun!).
